It was an good idea to paint in dark colors, and adjust in iPhoto, resulting in a contrast, making the parts left unpainted stand out even brighter. It does fit suit them,making it looks like they are in a river. I love how it looks like Rin is englowed in the light. Fitting metaphore, due to her being Obitos "light" as he said. Made notice how nicely drawn his hand looks here too.
